Journey Kids (infant to fifth grade) learn about who God is and who God wants them to be.
We want your child to grow to be a faithful servant of Jesus Christ. Our children's minister and volunteers partner with you as a parent, grandparent, or guardian to help children increase in wisdom, knowledge, and favor with God and others (Luke 2:52).
We love children and will teach them at their level, but we expect a lot from them. If they are reading age, we expect them to read the Bible with us and interact with the stories we are teaching them from God's word. Bring your children of all ages and join us Sunday!
"Sons and daughters are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from Him." Psalm 127:3.
The purpose of this event is to create an intergenerational event that is led by students in our youth group!

The purpose of this event is for your family and friends to come and connect to your church family better through food, hanging out, and conversation. This is an all church gathering with a way for all ages to connect.
The purpose of The Journey All Church Retreat is connect with God and one another at New Life Ranch, away from the city and with one another in conversation, fun activities, prayer, meals, and in ways that cross generational, racial, social, economic lines so we are closer to one another as a body of Christ.
Join me in prayer for those students who are about to begin a new year full of adventures and challenges. Pray for teachers who will impact each child’s life. For parents to be supportive of them.
My name is Bartola Kuruvilla, and I am the Children's Minister at the Journey Church and I have decided to share with you a couple of blogs about my experience to the Middle East, specifically Dubai, and India.
Every last Sunday of every month The Journey Kids have a BLAST sharing a slice of cake together, bringing heaven to earth to them.
On Saturday, June 23rd, a group of us drove over to Haskell to the Rushmores’ house to swim and spend time together!
SHOUT OUT to Ollisha Warren and her family! Her son and her 2 nephews got to enjoy the sleep over. Her entire family joined us for games and pizza. It is such a blessing for us, TJ and myself to be able to get to know these kids better and love on them.
At The Journey we think dads are ordinary men turned by LOVE into heroes, adventurers, story tellers and lifelong friends, says Guest Relations Director Veronica Montoya in this “Today at the Journey” blog post.
We want to give the parents, grandparents and guardians a "Shout Out" for making the effort to come and enjoy these times with family and friends. We truly value their time and presence.
It is a blessing to be able to be a part of this camp. Kids not only have fun and meet new friends, but also grow deeper in scripture. This is a great opportunity for kids to come have fun in a very meaningful way.
I love seeing kids encouraged to serve others.... even if it means to pick up trash. This is a wonderful group of kids eager to learn and serve. Thank you parents for giving your child this opportunity. Enjoy the pictures!!
