Join The Journey and your child can grow up like Jesus, maturing in wisdom, stature, and in favor with God and others.
Journey Kids learn about who God is and who God wants us to be as God’s children.
We want your child to grow to be a faithful servant of Jesus Christ. Our children's minister and volunteers partner with you as a parent, grandparent, or guardian to help children increase in wisdom, knowledge, and favor with God and others (Luke 2:52).
Join Journey Kids events for fun and learning how to live and love like Jesus.
We're taking a trip for families with children to the Shepherd's Cross and Heart of the Shepherd’s Farm! See you there!!
We love children and will teach them at their level, but we expect a lot from them. If they are reading age, we expect them to read the Bible with us and interact with the stories we are teaching them from God's word. Bring your children of all ages and join us Sunday!
We don't want to miss out the opportunity to express our best wishes to those who are celebrating, during this month, one more year of life! Please join us.
The purpose of The Journey All Church Retreat is connect with God and one another at New Life Ranch, away from the city and with one another in conversation, fun activities, prayer, meals, and in ways that cross generational, racial, social, economic lines so we are closer to one another as a body of Christ.
This is a great opportunity for parents and kids to come out and have fun together. This allows us all to strengthen our friendship and grow as individuals. Plus it's FREE and open to all. Invite your friends!
The purpose of this event is to create an intergenerational event that is led by students in our youth group! We want to ask all our Sunday Morning Adult Bible Classes to participate in providing dinner for the evening and coming to mentor and walk along our teens. If you are not in an Adult Bible Class, please come and help set up and clean up, if you would like to help out and serve.
Maybe you don’t see it.
Celebration taps that “made in God’s image” part of us. God created us to worship and when we celebrate His goodness we feel fully alive.
I am grateful with everyone who helped make the two weeks I spent in Tulsa, memorable! I will cherish them always.
On August of 2017, The Journey Church “Honduras Team” packed their bags and made a trip to Mission Predisan in Honduras. Many Journeyers had met Dra. Madrid and were eager to learn more about the wonderful work and blessing this mission is to many.
Greg Taylor invites you to a parenting class Wednesdays at The Journey Outpost, starting September 19, 2018, about parenting that is out of this world (John 15:19).
I appreciate you taking the time to read this blog. This time I have decided to write it, “Question” Style. I will answer the “How was it?” question with more specific questions.
Starting September 19, 2018, I will be leading a critical conversation with and for parents of middle schoolers (and any other parents who want to attend). As a bonus to this blog post, thanks to Latin American Media Outreach, The Journey is also offering this blog post in audio form, in Spanish! Enjoy listening to this 4 minute story about Jacob asking who made God and Greg’s prayer for his children based on that question.
"You aspire to great things? Begin with little ones." - St. Augustine

As a church we strive to build our kids through prayer, Bible study, singing, and friendship with kids and adults.
We need volunteers to invite children, teens, and adults into Christ centered life.
Please consider serving children!
